Small Team Cost publishes independent, research-based comparisons of software for small teams and solo businesses. The goal is simple: save you the hours of tab-hopping it takes to compare pricing, features and drawbacks across tools that all claim to be the best.

Who runs this site

Small Team Cost is written by Kiri.

Kiri is a university student based in Australia who builds small software projects and got tired of comparison pages that hide the real monthly bill. Every review here starts from the vendors' own pricing and feature pages, and we say clearly when we have not used a product ourselves.

How the site is funded

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a product through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That is how this site pays its costs. It does not decide what we recommend: read our review methodology and the full affiliate disclosure.

What we cover

Tools that small teams pay for every month: project management, docs and wikis, CRM, design, writing and marketing, security and backups, and no-code website and automation builders. We stay away from finance, health and anything where a wrong pick can seriously hurt you.
